Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements
Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation and availability.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the session begins.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your session, subject to availability.
Clients are permitted one complimentary rescheduling. Additional changes may incur a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time only, as sessions cannot be extended.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled.
