Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements: Clients must schedule services through www.thegloeffect.org. Services are confirmed once full payment is received. Payment Terms: Full payment of $2,000/month is required upfront for the Premium Plan. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Package Inclusions: Management of four platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), with 20 custom posts per month including captions, graphics, hashtags, and video content. Advanced engagement services include proactive community building and influencer outreach, bi-weekly analytics reports, three sponsored posts, and a detailed content calendar. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the service start date. A non-refundable administrative fee of 20% applies to cancellations. Service Adjustments: Changes to the package scope must be discussed and approved prior to service commencement and may involve additional charges. Timely Deliverables: Clients must provide all required assets (e.g., brand visuals, content approvals) by agreed deadlines. Delays in submissions may impact service timelines. Communication: Clients will receive regular updates on performance, along with actionable strategies for achieving their social media goals.
