Includes: Exploration of your branding goals and key challenges. Expert guidance for logo design, style guides, and social media branding. A detailed follow-up email summarizing recommendations and steps to achieve your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Advance Booking All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time and ensure availability. Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to your session, subject to availability. Clients are allowed one complimentary rescheduling. Additional changes may incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may apply the deposit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Session Validity Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the validity period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred. Late Arrival Late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of the session, as extensions cannot be guaranteed. Sessions starting more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered canceled.
